Shipping and Logistics
When you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to make deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this data only for the purposes of performing the Agreement. In cases where PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.
Invoicing and bookkeeping
We use the services of Exact online to keep our records and accounts. We share your name, address and city information and details related to your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored in a protected manner. Exact online is committed to confidentiality and will keep your data confidential. Exact online does not use your personal data for any purpose other than those described above.
External sales channels
We sell (part of) our articles through the platform of Bol.com. If you place an order through this platform Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. We use this information to process your order. We treat your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss and unauthorized use.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of processing
We will use your information for the sole purpose of providing our services. That is, the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you – other than at your request – at a later date, we will ask you for your explicit consent. Your information will not be shared with third parties other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to secrecy by virtue of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
Cooperation in tax and criminal investigations
In appropriate cases, THE DEZZY FACTORY may be required by law to share your data in connection with governmental fiscal or criminal investigations. In a
such case, we are forced to share your data, but we will oppose it within the possibilities provided by law.
We will retain your information for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us we will also interpret this as a forget request. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data; we will therefore retain this data for as long as the applicable term lasts. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced as a result of your assignment.
Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with respect to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke them. In principle, to prevent misuse, we will send copies and copies of your data only to your e-mail address already known to us. In the event that you wish to receive the data at another e-mail address or by mail, for example, we will ask you to identify yourself.
