We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim warranty.

So do you have an item that was delivered damaged? If so, please report this immediately within 24 hours by sending an email to info@thedezzyfactory.com. Include your order number, product name and send a picture of your complaint in the attachment. We will look into it as soon as possible and come up with an appropriate solution .

Note: important that you let us know within 24 hours if the item is damaged (due to lack of plausibility that the damage was not self-inflicted). As soon as you report this later than 24 hours, the warranty will expire.


It can always happen that something doesn’t quite go as planned. We encourage you to first bring complaints to our attention by emailing info@thedezzyfactory.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting Webwinkel Keur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/ dispute. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
